Job Description
Technical Alignment Managers (TAMs) are members of our proactive team. This team’s goal is to continuously improve our client’s technology by aligning their environment to our internal best practices and standards. Through this process, we increase their reliability and security while lowering their reactive issues.
Our TAMs play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve technology success by measuring each client’s alignment to our standards and building/maintaining a relationship with them as a technical resource. TAMs become our internal subject matter expert for each client’s environment and complete on-site and remote checks of their infrastructure in areas such as security, backups, workstations, servers, and email. When issues are discovered, you will be responsible for either remediating the issue or creating escalation tickets for another team.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site and remote client visits to measure their alignment to our standards and best practices
- Remediate found issues, submit tickets, and work with our client account managers (vCIOs)
- Develop and maintain a relationship with our clients
- Become the expert on each client’s technology
- Maintain and update client documentation and configurations
- Review client backups and test restores
- Represent TAG in a professional and friendly way
- Track your time and submit timesheets daily

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience
- Must have reliable transportation
